The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Is Mystic Magic available for one-time cleaning services?
    Yes, Mystic Magic offers both one-time and recurring cleaning services to fit your needs.
  • What areas in Indiana does Mystic Magic serve?
    Mystic Magic serves Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, and Greenwood currently. There are more locations to come! Please contact us to make sure we service your zip code specifically. Contact us today to see if we serve your area if you don't see yours above!
  • What is included in a basic, deep and move in/move out cleaning?
    You can see what's included in a basic, deep and move in/move out cleaning by going to "Services" at the top and then "Residential."
  • Do you supply your own products and cleaning equipment?
    Yes we do! You don't need to supply anything to your cleaner(s) unless you want us to use your products.
  • Can I trust your cleaning professionals?
    Yes. Every cleaner is nationally background checked, insured and an experienced professional with years of experience.
  • Is my card information safe?
    Yes. We do not store debit/credit card information in our system. Card transactions are processed and secured by Stripe which is a third party card processing system. Your information is safe and secure.
  • Do you offer refunds or recleans?
    We do not offer refunds. We do offer recleans as long as they requested within 24 hours of the initial service being completed. We perform thorough walkthroughs with you after cleanings have been performed to ensure that everything has been cleaned to your satisfaction before we leave your home.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit cards. We do NOT accept checks, Cash App, Venmo, cash or anything else.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning service?
    Your card is automatically charged immediately after your cleaning appointment is finished.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
  • What is your rescheduling policy?
    You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time. You will not be charged a fee to reschedule appointments. If you reschedule within 48 hours before your appointment time then you will have to pay another 50% deposit to book the appointment.
  • What do you do for quality control?
    All cleaners are required to perform a walkthrough WITH the client to verify that the cleaning has been performed appropriately BEFORE they leave your home so any needed cleaning adjustments can be made accordingly.
  • What do you NOT clean?
    Our professionals do NOT do the following: Clean while plumbing, electrical, painting, contruction, etc services are being performed Biohazards including but not limited to areas that contain blood, mold, bodily fluids, etc. Hoarded houses/apartments Remove large amounts of trash/debris Lift or move heavy items like furniture Clean up pet feces Clean inside washer/dryers Clean inside dishwashers Clean cat litter box (including excess on floor) Use our vacuum on carpet that has been soiled due to pet feces Clean insects/rodents/rodent droppings and insect or rodent infested homes Clean hard to reach or high areas that cannot be reached with a small step stool Clean fully stocked refrigerators/freezers (they must be emptied and service must be included when booked) Empty diaper pails Wipe light bulbs and delicate glass fixtures Wash walls, scrub walls, scrub baseboards. Closets unless when performing move in /move out clean Carpet, tile and grout cleaning besides basic mopping and vacuuming Deep heavy stains on walls and other painted surfaces Clean excess paint from any surface Clean exterior windows and surfaces
  • What happens if there is an issue with my cleaner or if there's an issue during the appointment?
    Please call the main office at 601-620-6915 and we will be happy to speak with you about your issue and do what we can to resolve the issue.
  • Are you bonded and insured?
    Yes we are!
